However, we understand that returns may occasionally be necessary. This Return Policy outlines the procedures, conditions, and responsibilities associated with returns, cancellations, and faulty items.

Please review the following terms carefully before initiating a return request.

Important Notice:

Any discrepancies between your purchase order and the items received must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Definitions:

  • Business Customer: Any customer purchasing on behalf of a company, organization, or trade.
  • Consumer: An individual purchasing goods for personal use, not connected to business or professional activities.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Orders can be canceled free of charge if the request is submitted before dispatch, including your order reference or PO number.
  • If the order has already been processed or shipped, a restocking fee of up to 25% may apply.
  • For delivered items, customers must:
    • Refuse delivery or return the item within 14 days of receipt
    • Ensure products remain unused, unopened, and in original packaging

Failure to return items in their original condition may result in a restocking fee of up to 50%.

⚠️ Please note: Products shipped directly from manufacturers are strictly non-cancellable and non-refundable.

Non-Faulty Returns:

Returns for unwanted or incorrectly ordered items are accepted at our discretion and subject to the following conditions:

  • Prior written approval (RMA authorization) is required
  • Items must be:
    • Brand new and unused
    • Unopened with all manufacturer seals intact
    • In full resalable condition
  • Restocking fees:
    • Up to 50% for non-faulty returns
    • 25% if items were incorrectly supplied but returned in non-original condition

Customers are responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs
  • Secure packaging
  • Insurance against transit damage or loss

Faulty Items & Warranty Claims:

If you experience an issue with your product:

  1. Submit an RMA request with:
    • Order number
    • Purchase date
    • Product serial number
  2. Our technical team will attempt to resolve the issue remotely.
  3. If unresolved:
    • An RMA number will be issued
    • The item must be returned for inspection

Once received:

  • Faulty items will be repaired or replaced
  • Replacement units may be new or equivalent refurbished, matching original specifications

RMA Procedure (Mandatory for All Returns):

To ensure efficient processing:

  • Obtain an RMA number before returning any item
  • Repackage items securely in the original packaging
  • Do not write directly on product packaging
  • Clearly display the RMA number on the outer box
  • Ensure all original accessories, manuals, and components are included

⚠️ Returns without proper RMA labeling may be rejected.

Damaged Goods in Transit:

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Sign the delivery note as “Damaged”
  • Notify us within 2 working days
  • Contact via phone or email immediately

Failure to report within this timeframe may affect eligibility for replacement.

Conditions That Void Return or Replacement:

Replacement or refund requests may be declined if:

  • The product is found to be fully functional
  • The item has been tampered with or physically damaged
  • Incorrect usage, installation, or software has caused the issue

Restocking Fee Conditions:

A minimum 25% restocking fee may apply if:

  • Original packaging is damaged or missing
  • Accessories or components are incomplete
